What You Won't Get Anywhere Else.

Built by practitioners who couldn't find what they needed,
so they built it themselves.

Unpublished Intel

Gain access to sessions driven by active threat tracking and original research shared under the Chatham House Rule. The IOCs and TTPs presented here won't hit your commercial feeds for weeks, even months.

Defender Community

Our vetted community serves as the entry point to an active, year-round community of defenders who collaborate on investigations and share intelligence long after the event ends.

Actionable Intelligence

Every session is built around takeaways your team can act on to strengthen your security posture. Leave with detection logic, defensive posture changes, and threat context you can brief up immediately.

Operator Labs

Participate in practitioner-led workshops covering threat hunting, live incident response, and applied AI for defenders. These are high-signal sessions built by operators, not trainers, with limited seats available.

CPE Credits

Earn continuing education credits for certifications like CISSP and CISM while working through material that actually advances your practice. Credits are earned through hands-on work, not passive lectures.

 Sharper Room

Experience an invite-only environment with no vendors and no pitches. You will be in the room with CISOs, threat intelligence leads, critical infrastructure defenders, and law enforcement investigators.

What Security Leaders Say

Hear from cybersecurity professionals who've attended our conferences and information security events.

Major Research University
Information Technology Professional

“One of the most rewarding conferences I’ve attended in my 25+ year career. Outstanding expert speakers, assiduously curated content, logistically seamless, all coming together at a first-class venue. Most importantly, I am inspired to advance the fight alongside like-minded people driven by a common cause and willingness to invest in mutual aid within our community.”

Intelligence Tech Company
Founder

“RISE is part of a broader ecosystem of initiatives led by Team Cymru, including Underground Economy — communities built on responsibility, trust, and a clear understanding that some of the most important work in our industry must be done thoughtfully and for the global good.”

Cybersecurity Company
CEO

“If there is one event that should be top of your list to attend it is the Annual Underground Economy Conference and the associated Regional RISE events. I have attended all but one of the main UE conferences (such is the value). I cannot recommend it highly enough.”

TLP:RED & Social Media Policy

All content shared at RISE, including sessions, presentations, speakers, attendee identities, and the agenda, is classified TLP:RED unless explicitly stated otherwise by the source.

Per the FIRST Traffic Light Protocol standard (v2.0), TLP:RED means for the eyes and ears of individual recipients only. No further disclosure. In the context of a meeting, TLP:RED information is limited to those present.

Social Media at RISE : We welcome delegates to share that they're here using #RISE, but participation in the event comes with strict obligations on what can and cannot be shared publicly.

Do NOT post, photograph, screenshot, or share:

  • Delegate faces (without explicit, informed consent)
  • Specific threat actor or malware family names
  • Slides, presentation materials, or workshop content
  • Session summaries, quotes, or key takeaways from speakers
  • The agenda or session schedule
  • Venue specifics, room layouts, or off-site locations
  • Conference group photos, signed posters, or badges

What you CAN share:

  • That you're attending RISE and general enthusiasm for the community
  • Photos taken at the designated photo opportunity area (ideal for LinkedIn — look for the backdrop at registration)
  • Content explicitly cleared as TLP:GREEN or TLP:CLEAR by the source, in the moment

If a session or piece of content is designated at a lower classification, that will be stated explicitly. Absent that designation, assume TLP:RED applies.
