Where the Cybersecurity Community Comes Together
to Solve What Matters

TLP:RED Sessions

Attend exclusive briefings under strict information-sharing protocols. RISEx Tokyo operates in a secured environment designed for candid discussion of active threats — including fraud networks, ransomware syndicates, and nation-state actors.

Practitioner-Led Collaboration

Every session is led by those actively working investigations. No keynotes. No pitches. Just operators sharing what's working right now.

Closed-Door Discussions

Limited attendance fosters the trust required for honest exchange. Share intel, discuss sensitive exposures, and explore emerging threats in an environment built for operators who need to speak freely.

A Legacy of Elite Collaboration

From London to Singapore to Sydney, RISE has consistently brought together the brightest minds in the industry to solve real-world threats.
RISEx Tokyo continues that legacy — with a sharp focus on the unique challenges facing cybersecurity leaders today.

RISEx Tokyo is a community sponsored event,
at no cost to approved attendees.

Our events are free to attend thanks to the generous support of our sponsors, and admittance is restricted to ensure the highest level of collaboration and trust among attendees.
Space is extremely limited. Attendance is by invitation only.

Call for Speakers: Shape the Future of CTI

TLP:RED & Social Media Policy

All content shared at RISE Tokyo, including sessions, presentations, speakers, attendee identities, and the agenda, is classified TLP:RED unless explicitly stated otherwise by the source.

Per the FIRST Traffic Light Protocol standard (v2.0), TLP:RED means for the eyes and ears of individual recipients only. No further disclosure. In the context of a meeting, TLP:RED information is limited to those present.

Social Media at RISEx Tokyo:

We welcome delegates sharing that they're here: use #RISExTokyo to connect with the community. But participation in the event comes with strict obligations on what can and cannot be shared publicly

Do NOT post, photograph, screenshot, or share:

  • Delegate faces (without explicit, informed consent)
  • Specific threat actor or malware family names
  • Slides, presentation materials, or workshop content
  • Session summaries, quotes, or key takeaways from speakers
  • The agenda or session schedule
  • Venue specifics, room layouts, or off-site locations
  • Conference group photos, signed posters, or badges

What you CAN share:

  • That you're attending RISE Tokyo and general enthusiasm for the community
  • Photos taken at the designated photo opportunity area (ideal for LinkedIn — look for the backdrop at registration)
  • Content explicitly cleared as TLP:GREEN or TLP:CLEAR by the source, in the moment

If a session or piece of content is designated at a lower classification, that will be stated explicitly. Absent that designation, assume TLP:RED applies.
