The Client Success Specialist is the front line for supporting our partners. This person will be responsible for developing relationships with our partners and assisting them when they have questions or issues requiring resolution. The Client Success Specialist will serve as an advocate for customer and partner issues internally and as a communicator to partners on behalf of Team Cymru. To be successful, this person will be intellectually curious about the portfolio Team Cymru offers to the Internet security community, have a strong desire to serve partners and be passionate about representing a world-class Cyber Intelligence company.

What you’ll do

  • Receive customer and partner requests and facilitate responses
  • Receive internally and create operational information to include outages and updates to customers and partners
  • Create and remove accounts
  • Develop understanding of company offerings to include utilization by customers
  • Track customer usage and contract term including issues reported
  • Assist in creation and development of new product ideas and offerings
  • Meet with customers as needed both virtually and in person with minimal supervision and support from senior staff

What you’ll bring to Team Cymru

  • 1+ years in customer/product support
  • CRM expertise (Saleforce) highly desirable
  • Experience in gathering technical detail to be relayed to others
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Quick learner - willing to study and absorb details about the cyber industry and Team Cymru offerings in order to better understand customer needs
  • Persistence and focus to assist in driving partner issues to resolution internally
  • Tons of energy, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm
